The most exciting/exhausting weekend ever!

The last 5 days have been the craziest ever!! This is a little review of how it all played out....

Friday - 10:30 am - I decided on Thursday that my long hair was bugging me and I didn't want it anymore....so I made an appointment to get it chopped!! I LOVE IT! :) and so does Chris!! :)

So, on with our little adventurous weekend....

12:30 pm - Chris calls while I am still getting my hair done (yes, it took FOREVER...I got 14 inches cut off!!) and asks how I feel about moving to Waco. Chris' company told us we would be in Abilene for 3 months, then moving to the Waco area but Chris did such a good job in training that they wanted him on site already! :) They wanted us moved down by the next week so they gave him Monday & Tuesday off work for us to look for a place in Waco.

4:00 pm - We head to FM for Emily & Colby's wedding on Saturday.

Saturday - 3:00 pm - Kelley & Kevin meet us at our hotel in Dallas and we begin to get ready for Emily & Colby's wedding.

6:00 pm - We head to the wedding. It was awesome and Emily looked gorgeous!! :) We had a blast!!

Sunday - 11:00 am - Chris, me, Kelley, Kevin & Erin meet Lauren for lunch at Chili's in Dallas.

8:00 pm - We head to West to stay the night so we can wake up early Monday morning to look for a new home.

Monday - ALL DAY....Chris and I drive around West, Waco, Laguna Park, Clifton, Whitney, Lacy-Lakeview, China Spring and many more places for a house. By the end of the day we had found only 2 that we liked.

Tuesday - 9:30 am - We go look at a duplex in China Spring and really like it. We also drove around and found many more places we liked in China Spring, which is a suburb of Waco.

4:00 pm - We decide on our new home in China Spring!!

5:30 pm - Headed back to Abilene to pack up the rest of our stuff.

So, in the last few weeks we moved to Abilene, got settled in, made some friends, figured out the roads around our apartment and then found out we would be moving! So now, we are in the process of moving out stuff back out of the place in Abilene. It has been very stressful but we are so excited to be moving closer to home and into our new duplex in China Spring. Everyone needs to come visit! :) We will keep ya updated!!
