Bringing in the New Year...

Chris' Birthday Party & New Year's Eve...
Every year we combine Chris' birthday party with a New Year's Eve party since his b-day is on Dec. 31st. We always have a wonderful time and this year we celebrated in a barn....interesting huh!? :) It was GREAT! Here are some pictures of the night....it was cold but nothing can stop us from having a good time!!

Max's Football Banquet...
Chris' younger brother is about to graduate from high school and so we attended his football banquet last weekend. It was very neat and Max got an award!! YAY! :) I remember when he was 9 years old! He has grown up so much and has become such an amazing young man! We are so proud of him and what he has accomplished.

Max & his parents! We were asked what position our son played!??! We don't look that old do we?!
Jackie's baby shower...
We had Jackie's first baby shower today! It was fun watching her open up all these little blue gifts for baby Lucas. We can't wait to meet him...only a few more weeks! Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures. :( She is having another shower in a few weeks so I will make sure to take pics then! She is such a cute preggo woman!

More updates...
1) Work is crazy busy...and will only get worse in the next few months. But...I love it! :)
2) Chris is starting his student teaching!! He will be teaching geometry for most of the day then going to help out with the football team. He is so excited, so am I!
I can't wait to be a coaches wife!!
3) We are going to have 3 new little ones come August!! WOOHOO! Not only is Chris' brother & sister-in-law pregnant, some of our best friends are too...the Penlands & the Martins!! We couldn't be more excited for them!
4) WE LOVE BEING BACK IN FM!! Chris and I went to dinner a few nights ago and we ran into some people we knew from high school and haven't really kept in touch with. I have always told Chris that I wanted to live in a small town where everybody knows everybody....I love it! We really enjoy being by family & friends. We are reminded daily how blessed we are to have such wonderful people in our lives!

Our puppies keep us laughing constantly....
